Overall Satisfaction with Diligent One Platform

Learning to use and using Diligent One Platform was quite easy, a few minutes guidance and I was good to go. Whenever I want a new functionality that exists, it is easy to find. no problem.
I use Diligent One Platform for dealing with my Board duties, I get my Board pack through Diligent One Platform and am able to read and make notes in preparation for my Board meetings. Diligent One Platform also allows me to search backdated documents for reference. This helps make my work in the Board much easier without needing to spend a lot of time paging through documents and making notes on the side. The platform enables Management to provide the needed information, minutes, graphs, reports and other items required for preparing for meetings. The only setback is not being able to upload excel files

Most of the risk and compliance is dealt with by the relevant offices who provide regular reports that we then view in Diligent One Platform. We also not use any inbuilt compliance and risk modes of Diligent One Platform. It would really be nice to know how they work and to make use of them. I do hope we get to use it soon.
Diligent One Platform is the best to me so far and it really does well to make use of technology and gadgets to have a paperless environment that can be easily updated and keeps track of changes and archives old documents well. Also has a level of safety from cyber attacks. It is definitely good for use by Boards worldwide.

Would you buy Diligent One Platform again?

Yes

It is very well suited for Board meetings and providing information to all board members. It allows us to sync data and access old information, it is very ideal for Board packs. I haven't seen a place where it is not appropriate. I would actually recommend it for my Council duties as Councillor so we can take advantage of the functionality it has.
