Overall Satisfaction with DISCO
DISCO is being used to manage document review and productions on cases that involve more than 1 GB in electronic discovery. It is only used by me.
- Ease of use, which allows me to give my client access and teach them how to upload documents.
- Making productions is easy for a non-IT person.
- More flexibility when creating a privilege log - more options.
- Better organization of documents in-house.

Most of my projects meet the mandatory minimum of $500/month. This saves my clients a lot of money as it makes me more efficient.
Uploading documents is incredibly easy compared to other services.
The project management team has showed a willingness to help but on my projects I prefer not to spend additional money on that resource.
DISCO is light years ahead of Relativity.
