Overall Satisfaction with DISCO
DISCO is being used by a number of legal teams at my organization to manage document discovery in litigation.
- Excellent searchability of documents.
- Easy to understand and navigate.
- Nice visual interface, easy to read and understand.
- Processing and visualization of Excel and other large documents.
- Sometimes when I add "or" to a search, I occasionally see a glitch in the search function.
- Search Builder - very intuitive.
- The document view panel - first review software that doesn't hurt my eyes.
- The functions that allow reviewers to repeat coding from prior docs.
Frankly, I understand the case better when I use DISCO. The platform allows greater mastery, from my perspective, of the case through better document management.
DISCO has a much better interface, much better searchability at the reviewer level. I just find the experience to be much better. Less eye fatigue.
