Overall Satisfaction with Discord
We use it as a communication tool to ask for feedback and support people with [their] problems. It's also an amazing place to just chill and get to know each other some more. You could hop in a call or game [together] because discord is all about bringing people and community closer [together]. And that's what we do.
- Voice calls are high quality
- Screen sharing is good quality
- The option to change people there permissions is very usefull
- a way to report people in the app itself should be added
- you can only get in 100 servers and with nitro (discord premium) you can get in 200
- you can't mute a person for x amount of time
- better communication between everyone
- faster support when needed
- easy to share file's
discord has a better design, better calls, better and more features
