Overall Satisfaction with DraftSight
DraftSight is an easy to use, 2D drawing program yielding accurate, industry standard drawings for export. I can use this program to make quick accurate, dimensioned drawings for communications, or more detailed drawings for manufacturing PCB's and mechanical components. We all use it at some level.
- Dimensions.
- Repeated units.
- Scale.
- Ease of use.
- Sometimes I find the language in the help function a little challenging to follow. More step by step examples with screen grabs could help.
- It has allowed us to interact directly with PCB producers and mechanical engineers, saving time and money.
I'm afraid I cannot remember what others we considered 10 years ago, we've been so happy with DraftSight I haven't looked beyond this.
