Overall Satisfaction with Druva inSync

Druva is being used across within our organization at our office location to backup end-user computers and cloud services. This allows users to backup on the go and always have an up to date backup which data can be easily restored from if needed.

Pros

  • Backup cloud services
  • Backup data any time the backed up device has internet
  • Easy to use restores managed by the end users

Cons

  • If a user is also an admin, the options should be available with one login
  • Easy to use for end users
  • Less help needed form internal IT to restore documents
  • No hardware/software to manage in house when using Druva Cloud
Implementation was very easy and smooth. Users were setup and backing up their data quickly and efficiently. Druva Support was quick in responding to any troubles when implementing as well.
