Overall Satisfaction with Druva Data Resiliency Cloud (fomerly Druva inSync, Phoenix & CloudRanger)

We are very impressed with how Druva inSync allows the business to support its own protection needs without involving IT personnel. It has a single dashboard to monitor backup of all endpoints. One of the best features is legal hold where we can hold data based on business needs and it can be retrieved.

Pros

  • Endpoint data backup without any user intervention.
  • Data compressions (dedupe).
  • Self-service portal for business user to manage backup and restore.

Cons

  • Automate report to end-users in case of backup failure - report can be further improved.
  • Overall it has reduced my opex cost by 25%.
