We used Ducknowl for hiring support team, it helped us to quickly shortlist the resumes using keyword matching feature. It also saved our time and efforts in the hiring process as it offers one way interviewing feature that gave us more insights and a better understanding about candidates. We are happy using Ducknowl as it has all the features we needed.
- Ducknowl has think time feature for one way video interviewing. We can use this to ask impromptu questions to interview since we can define how much time a candidate to think the answer once the candidate sees the question
