We used Ducknowl for hiring support team, it helped us to quickly shortlist the resumes using keyword matching feature. It also saved our time and efforts in the hiring process as it offers one way interviewing feature that gave us more insights and a better understanding about candidates. We are happy using Ducknowl as it has all the features we needed.
  • Ducknowl has think time feature for one way video interviewing. We can use this to ask impromptu questions to interview since we can define how much time a candidate to think the answer once the candidate sees the question
  • Ducknowl does not have a live coding test, this would have helped us in some coding jobs.
Ducknowl team has all the features we needed, their team was very helpful in setting the account and we were live within 5 working days. We used it to hiring support team. It worked really great for these jobs since they were able to quickly short the resumes using keyword matching and also conduct one way video interviews in no time.

We were looking to improve our screening and virtual interviewing process and started to use Ducknowl last year. With Ducknowl's resume shorting and one way interviewing feature, we were able to shortlist several good candidates within the first week of posting jobs. This has helped us to hire better candidates since we got more insights about talent. I will give 10/10 to Ducknowl.

As a Ducknowl user i can suggest that it is well suited for hiring in technical jobs, sales jobs, and support jobs. It helps to shortlist resumes quickly by providing more insights about the candidate. It improved our hiring process in terms of time consumption and accuracy and we are most likely to use it in the future.

Ducknowl is a comprehensive talent screening and identifying solution for our company. As a small-to-midsize family owned business, we do not have a large HR department or budget, and our industry is notorious for turnover. Ducknowl helps us to identify and manage the best candidates for the positions we offer.
  • Parses through resumes looking for specific qualifications that help us hone in on candidates that fit our positions best.
  • Provides ability to let us objectively make overrides of parsed resumes to look for soft skills that don't necessarily show up on a resume.
  • Compliments our our move into other markets with a stout video interviewing module.
  • Assessments could be improved with more diverse options, especially for real estate industry.
  • It can take some finagling to get the correct user access setup and running.
  • Video interviewing feature is nice but can be built out more to compete with other conferencing tools that are cheaper, such as Google Meet.
Ducknowl has cut the amount of time it takes to review resumes received and match them up with our business needs by providing a complex and comprehensive tool with which to identify hard and soft skills that are on resumes, while also allowing flexibility to put a human touch on the process. As a company in the real estate industry, we have positions that require both very specific skills, such as knowledge of maintenance processes, but also important general competencies such as time management, customer service and sales skills. Ducknowl helps us to really refine candidate search and speeds up that process.

While Ducknowl isn't a fully comprehensive ATS that PC Recruiter was, the video and media capabilities were far and ahead of what we considered with PC Recruiter. Ducknowl was also a more cost-effective option, which is an important consideration given that we are a small-to-midsize company. Ducknowl is a great option for the real estate industry!

I think it allows me to find the best of the best based on the limited amount of resources I have. Being a really small business, I don't have enough room for mistakes. This software allows my company to thrive by ensuring giving me the best shot at succeeding. It's hard to find a software better than this

I think it makes talent screening so easy in that you can customize what you are really looking for in such a simple way, and it allows you to identify the best person for the job. I think any software like this HAS to make this a fundamental priority to make it worth purchasing. I just feel that in order to succeed as a software that is worth purchasing, little things like fixing the issues that have come with me trying to download PDFs using the software. That is probably the thing I have had the most issues with.

I think it stacks up pretty well. There are some established names behind their competitors, and they have held their own. I selected Ducknowl as the best because of the features it has. The video portion of the software is superior to the other ones, and I think aside from a glitch here and there, their product is overall consistent, whereas their competitors have some notable flaws.
