Overall Satisfaction with Dundas BI

Dundas BI is used both at our customers as our own organization as well. We manage our servers, sales, financials and activities in Dundas BI dashboards. In seconds we have proper insight in the status of our KPI's and know what part of the process we should pay more attention to. Since a lot of the information is spread throughout all kind of sources, both in the cloud as locally installed Dundas BI offers one overall dashboard instead of logging in to multiple platforms and looking to non related isolated information.
  • Integration with Excel into the canvas is working extremely well. It amazes me every time again. So simple and so effective.
  • The flexibility to develop your own look and feel. All other tools talk about it but Dundas BI really offers flexibillity
  • I would really like to have more options for making Infographics. Dundas BI offers extreme data visualization, now text visualization!
We looked into Tableau, Qlikview also. These tools are doing all the same basically. There are some items which DundasBi does do really well. Next to the product the organzation behind is really dedicated and commited with their customers. They treat you as a customer and just one of the many. They are passionate about their product, that makes the difference! You don't by the product alone.
Well suited for distributing information in dashboards with cool looks.

When we had a huge dimension for our customers. It became slow, the development team of Dundas got involved and after some calls they developed a solution for us that works well. We didn't need to change the dimension, Dundas helped us fix the issue.
