Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
Dynatrace is used for monitoring hosts, applications both for internet and intranet. I am putting an effort in spreading its use towards the whole organisation. Involve developers more and spread information towards business.
- Dynatrace helps system engineers by alerting for upcoming issues. In that way, they can proactively take action and avoid disaster
- Dynatrace is used for analysing system testing and solve possible performance issues before going live
- Dynatrace is being used at the moment of disaster, to analyse root cause and solve faster
- For larger environments, it is sometimes not easy to use the out of the box dashboards
- Configuration changes between versions are not always announced and sometimes have an unwanted effect
- Support time of versions is bit small
- Since the introduction of DT, issues are solved quicker than ever
- Better insights on customer behavior
