Overall Satisfaction with e-automate

Day to day operations. Entering meters, billing contracts, applying payments, entering service calls, supply orders, ordering parts

It is very user friendly to view contract profitablity. I can view previous invoices with a click of the mouse to compare previous months and see if they are similar or if they have large overages. Auto invoicing and bulk invoicing save lots of time and allow more time to collect meters.
One system for ordering part and supplies is great. We create the sales order and the right click the mouse and create the purchase order. From that point we go to purchase orders and submit order to the vendor through PO Processor. This saves me from having to have a second screen open and ordering directly from the vendor.

e-automate is very user friendly and has so many capabilities. I would highly recommend it. I have been using it for many years and it has improved greatly. And you are able to suggest improvements that they take into consideration for future changes. They offer many options for help and training for new employees as well
