It is very user friendly to view contract profitablity. I can view previous invoices with a click of the mouse to compare previous months and see if they are similar or if they have large overages. Auto invoicing and bulk invoicing save lots of time and allow more time to collect meters.
One system for ordering part and supplies is great. We create the sales order and the right click the mouse and create the purchase order. From that point we go to purchase orders and submit order to the vendor through PO Processor. This saves me from having to have a second screen open and ordering directly from the vendor.
