Overall Satisfaction with e-automate

we managed our printers leasing information, such as customer names, machines and parts info, contact info, all the service calls info etc. We also get meter reads fmaudit and send invoice to customers.

Cons

  • supplies warning system helps us to ship the supplies to the customer before it was run out
  • Service call management makes the manager can pull all the service info base on the device. It helps the techs to troubleshoot the issues.
It helps us to know the contract expire date and then we can contact customer to upgrade/update the contract.
We like to have this one system for a variety of workflows. It reduced management cost. People are using different workflows, but they speak same language. So, they can better understand each other.
we never used other system to manage out leasing contract.

since it was moved to the cloud, the scripts we created did not work as before because we can not access the database directly.
