Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Eloqua

Eloqua is used across our entire organization, from Demand Generation to Wealth Management to Communications.
  • Putting together complex programs that allow you to integrate multiple technologies
  • Using the campaign canvas to visualize and execute campaigns
  • Robust SFDC integration
  • Reporting engine needs work
  • No organized way to use multiple technologies with 'one view'
  • Program builder can be difficult
  • 20% increase in leads through funnel
  • Ability to track all elements of a customer journey, when we couldn't before showing marketing is #1 lead source.
I've looked at Marketo and HubSpot. Marketo is a great platform, but not as robust and doesn't allow for easy integration of many different technologies. HubSpot is a great platform with easy to use UIs, but not quite an enterprise ready platform.
Eloqua is one of the most robust marketing platforms available. It allows for basic and complex campaigns, but most important is robust enough to allow for very complex scenarios.
