Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud
We use it to put content on social networks.The main problem is not having all the options to be able to manage accounts as if it were natively
Pros
- They have added options such as the possibility of making threads on twitter
- Everything is very intuitive
Cons
- Improve optimization, sometimes it fails
- Urgent need to improve the app. There are no basic options like seeing "Analitycs"
- The community tab
- News of making threads on twitter: it was very important
- Very good. Since we used Emplifi, everything has gotten better (although it has also had to do with the fact that new people have been hired)
I have not used another website for work, so I cannot compare
