Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud

Allowing my teams to provide data dashboards to our clients and use it as a single source of truth for all their key digital touchpoints without spending many laborious hours transferring data to slides. A powerful tool not just to schedule dashboard snapshots, but also to investigate granular data to not just highlight what happened but also why it happened.

It depends on who I ask. I know the tech lead in Singapore and Gabriel is awesome and super supportive. Even Hannah who provides us training is super helpful. However I can't say the same for our account lead who is usually unresponsive. I think it is such a shame to have front end staff not being as passionate about the business as the support team.
Having used many similar platforms, I have to say while many do quite similar things, but I feel Emplifi is the most intuitive an reliable. Also it's user management caters to agencies like us where we are a matrixed organisation across markets and need to provide client partners certain access.

I think as a tool for marketers who work with social media, Emplifi is a must have. I really can't imagine going into native dashboards from each social media channel and manually extracting data to analyse. Having a centralised system that is connected to multiple key channels which brands need is the only way to be productive in this modern marketing era.
