Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud

I use it to schedule my social media posts and analyse the performance and growth of our social media channels.

Pros

  • intuitive

Cons

  • tiktok text length is restrictive so I have to go over to tt and schedule there directly
  • red hearts appear as black hearts
  • if while scheduling i accidentally click on "clear publisher" it doesn't ask me if I'm sure or gives me the option to go back. my whole work is gone

I really like the AI composer. If you have to come up every day with social media copies it can get quite repetitive or you'll lose some creativity. The AI composer helped me a lot to get new inspiration for texts.
