Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud

My team research the social opinion about our clients, and Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud helps us to see the volume of their social media (i.e., Facebook and Instagram). With Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud, we can draw conclusions about the public opinion and the level of interest on different periods of time.
  • Centralize all data in one place
  • Allows examination on different time periods, which allows to identify trends
  • Allows to view all the client's content organize in one place
  • When using Facebook analytics we can download all the comments of each post. It would help if we could have done the same on Instagram analytics as well.
  • Social media analytics, and specially the Facebook analytics.
  • I actually not the person who deals with those impacts, so I don't know to answer.
