Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud

I'm using Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud since last december, and except for some minor problems that are resolved quite quickly, i have nothing bad to say. This tool is very useful for my daily use at work. I use Community and Care sections, they're well designed and distributed. Dashboards are very complete. Thank you

I'm using Community and Care sections for my daily use in the moderation job and the tool is well done and easy to use. Some improvment in some features but Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud team is well listening to our demands and very reactive. Thank you for that.

Very reactive team when i am encountering technical issues on the platform.
They normally answer the same day so it is quite convenient.
