Use Cases and Deployment Scope

we've use Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud for about 18 months and have renewed the contract. we mainly manage the workflow between agencies, freelancers and different content sources, community management and editorial planning. without any tool, we would have been lost, as we are in charge for the whole European market and therefore have a lot of partners to work with.

Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud covers 90% of everything we need. the 10% missing is because of some very specific tasks. therefore i would love to have some more data-crunch-flexibility, like programming own kpis

if your business is complex and you are working with different parties, Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud is the way to go. if you are running smaller business, its a bit to expensive and a lot of features are not necessarily used
