Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use EMS across the global organization to book meeting rooms, schedule VC meetings, manage catering/resources and equipment, track room utilization. In addition we use it for BEOs, room configuration/setup types and tracking. Lastly, we use EMS integrated with Outlook and TMS for our VC meetings.

Product Configurability

Too limited and too extensive. Sometimes you have to update configurations in multiple places, so can be exhaustive. However sometimes you can’t configure things you need to.

Well suited for simple meetings, meetings with resources and non-complex/rescheduled meetings.
