Overall Satisfaction with EMS Software
EMS is used by our department (conference center) to book venue space and resources. It is a robust, intuitive software that allows us to view calendars, equipment inventory, run reports, and schedule/book reservations. We are greatly dependent on EMS to run our operations efficiently.

- Being able to change/update multiple details simultaneously
- Simplification needed for some views
- Being able to view last opened reservations even after sign out
- Being able to “favorite” reservations, personalized calendar of “favorite” reservations
- Being able to generate contracts quickly and accurately
EMS is far more superior and robust than Kinetic in terms of being user-friendly and intuitive
