Overall Satisfaction with EMS Software

EMS is our fundamental hoteling software.
  • Flexible
  • Feature Rich
  • Cooperative - EMS is willing to work with you and ensure your success.
  • Performance. To support large numbers of users and have the system perform fast and flawlessly, performance improvements are always welcome!
  • Mapping and hotspotting functionality is lacking and can be improved.
  • Our transition to EMS was a "non-event", which is exactly what we needed for our overall end-user experience. This took longer than anticipated, but the outcome was solid.
EMS is a feature-rich and flexible solution that met our business needs.
Scalability needs improvement. While we have not explored the cloud solution, significant improvements to the on-premise solution could be made to achieve maximum scalability.
Configurability is extensive, however you must be careful as performance may suffer based on your particular configuration. EMS will work with you to achieve the right balance.
