Overall Satisfaction with EMS Software

EMS is being used as the university event management tool. The Registrar's office uses EMS for classroom scheduling and for Final Exam scheduling.

EMS does event planning well. Love that it prioritizes Academic bookings over event bookings.
EMS is a user friendly tool.
EMS does not have the best Final Exam Scheduling tools. Still have to do a lot of manual processing on the csv file.

Previously used Argos for our academic classroom scheduling.

When you are dealing with different parts of term, academic scheduling still requires manual work for optimization.

Well suited for event planning. Not so well suited for Academic Planning since there is no push back to our ERP system.
