Overall Satisfaction with EMS Software
EMS is being using throughout the organization for a variety of services. I manage the Conference Services side.
Pros
- Canned reports
- Outlook integration
- Book works pretty well for administrators
Cons
- The event view in the book need to show the Everyday User
- Tech support always says “it will be fixed in the next upgrade” but it never is
- Report delivery has been problematic for us
- Users are not that happy
I was not involved in testing other service.
