Overall Satisfaction with EMS Software

Across the entire school of social work to manage events and classes

Pros

  • Calendar of events (book)
  • Event wizard and reservation
  • Self service reservation and web app

Cons

  • Invoicing and billing needs to be simlplified
  • User Security setup not completely customizable
  • Vems - in 9 days 300+ bookings reserved that would take one staff member days to file.
Easier space and resource configuration
Support was not primary focus of company
They can’t build a software that covers many to custom for all. This is completely understandable which makes EMS forefront solution. Needs of one are built for all as standard
Carrying the over all load of event, space and resource management for all types of spaces. Hallways, classrooms, conference rooms
