Overall Satisfaction with EMS Software

EMS Software is being used by several of the schools at the University of Rochester. EMS Software is used to manage spaces used for instruction, athletics and our Memorial Art Gallery.
  • Defining buildings, rooms and outdoor spaces that allows for efficient management.
  • By using EMS Faculty, Staff and Students at our campus have an easy way to reserve spaces
  • EMS provides reporting tools that administrators can leverage in their day-to-day work.
  • EMS level 1 support: all channels are in need of improvement.
  • A positive impact has been our recent integration with LENEL to automate locking and unlocking of classrooms. This has allowed for a reduction in staffing costs as we no longer need to have student staff performing this function.
We continue to expand and see benefit through the use of the product as other schools have signed on to our environment
At Rochester, we have been able to configure the EMS Campus product to meet all of our needs. The ease at which this configuration is done has allowed us to keep support within our IT organization.
The EMS Campus product continues to be well suited for our room scheduling needs on our campus. We are looking forward to new integrations with our SIS, FAMIS and other enterprise applications.
