Overall Satisfaction with EMS Software

To book space as well as manage events, order catering as well as following the work flow of the event.

Pros

  • Ease of use, book a space quickly. You can easily follow up and follow events.

Cons

  • I would like to be able to have various departments involved in one event.
  • Revolutionized our event management from paper to the computer.
EMS was easier to use than R-25.
It's a great program that allows everyone to see what spaces are being used and lets you find a space quickly.
We use EMS for reserving other things besides rooms i.e. parking/vans/buses so I feel it does let you configure it for your own uses.
Perfect for keeping track of events as well as classes and ability to see who/what is going on.
