Overall Satisfaction with ETO by Social Solutions
Goodwill Industries of San Antonio has a mission to Change Lives Through the Power of Work. ETO allows us to effectively collect data in an efficient manner and generate reports relative to our mission. The software allows for easily configuring data collection elements and allows for efficient automation of processes, where applicable.
- ETO is a highly configurable system that easily allows change to existing, or new, data elements
- Strategically utilizing add-ons to the ETO Platform has allowed increased automation and efficiency for the staff.
- Social Solutions continues to innovate the ETO platform, with new features and functionality to improve the staff experience.
- Changes to the User Interface have been overdue, but are already in the works to be updated soon.
- ETO is critical in recording information relative to our mission and how we are performing. Without the ability to capture and report data, we could not measure the success of our organization.
We have not evaluated any other current products, as we have been using ETO for 7 years.
