Very helpful for staying organized

In this job we contact many people by cold calling and certain people need followup. EveryAction has helped keep track of the people we need to contact and helps stay organized by being able to schedule calls by date. It has also helped keep all the notes/data in one place for a specific person and even calling directly from the page. In each person's profile you can add in notes, schedule them for certain events from our organization, schedule followups for each person, and even create lists for the people we need to cold call. These lists make it easier to cold call by simply clicking, adding the note, and clicking next to go on to the next person.

It has helped reach out to more people in a more organized, easier manner.
