Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

I use EveryAction to keep record of our community members. We help Black people that are unemployed and underemployed.

Pros

  • Helps me to record and store people stories.
  • Helps me to store contacts
  • Helps me to identify which groups I am serving
  • Helps me to remember Appointments
  • Helps me to keep track of my follow ups

Cons

  • I would like to put notes in the volunteer section
  • I would like for old follow up show up together, instead of individually
  • I would like for it not to pause and reset every time I leave for a moment
  • We are now on track with all of our members
  • It has simplified my duties
  • We are able to pay for membership duties .. from our members
It always shut down on me while Im working and reset
It made it better
