Overall Satisfaction with Exacta

We use Exacta to order our Surveys & Elevations Certificates for upcoming closings.

Pros

  • Quick turnaround on Survey orders
  • Superb Customer Service
  • Laura (our rep) is always available!

Cons

  • They cover 95% of Florida but hard to find survey companies that cover that extra 5%
  • Turn around time is quick -> leading to less cancelled surveys
  • Good service area
We have been able to utilize Exacta for 97% of our survey orders. They will always beat other competitors in price & timeline.
Exacta is great just like Qualia. Couldn't imagine my job without utilizing these two companies.

Exacta has always been able to turn around surveys fairly quick. If an issue arises, they will get it corrected quickly and without a lot of questions.
