Overall Satisfaction with Facebook for Business
Facebook for Business is only being used by myself in the marketing department given that I manage our company's social media accounts.
- Manage target audiences that are perfect for the business and/or the current marketing campaign.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports that help pinpoint what is lacking and what is effective in our current marketing posts and campaigns.
- Post scheduling that helps to avoid spamming on target audience’s feeds.
- Communicating with your clients over Facebook sounds friendly in theory, but some people may use your Facebook page as a venue to write offensive comments or post spam. A user might even post false allegations about your business on your page for anyone to see.
- With businesses typically leveraging Facebook multiple times a day to share updates with their audiences, it can be easy for social media managers to get comfortable with their posting routines and overlook many of the social network’s less-talked-about features.
