The corporate marketing paid social team uses Facebook for Business to advertise our products on Facebook, Instagram and the Facebook Audience Network. The main purpose is to reach our target audience based on custom targeting offered on Facebook.

  • Facebook needs to add a bulk upload feature.

  • More user-friendly options for targeting in general. Current offering is too disorganized.

Google AdWords is much more stream-lined and user-friendly. LinkedIn Marketing Solutions is better for B2B account targeting. Twitter Ads is not effective at all.
Facebook for Business is excellent for utilizing the Facebook Custom Audience feature to upload customer lists. Being able to target the center-rail news feed is great for native advertising.
