Overall Satisfaction with Filevine

I use Filevine to manage all of my cases in our firm. It has been a game-changer, freeing up a significant amount of time by automatically assigning tasks and reminders. Organization has become a breeze. And the sharing or uploading of documents and information has allowed us to mainstream processes, eliminating the need for other sharing platforms.

  • Hashtag mapping could use improvement.

Some individuals who have worked without case management software struggle with the advancements of Filevine's technology.
Excellent in comparison. It took me a year to learn how to use Abacus.

Filevine has been an amazing tool to have as a remote Paralegal. I effectively communicate with my clients and team through multiple channels. Everything is tracked and accounted for automatically, which makes compliance a breeze. I can’t think of a scenario where using Filevine wouldn’t be appropriate for any firm.
