Overall Satisfaction with Fireflies.ai
We use it in the company to record all our meetings, as many of them last for long periods of time and we don't want to lose any details of what was explained at that moment. We have all easily adapted to the software and it is very easy to use.
Pros
- It is very easy to use and can be integrated with the most popular calling services such as zoom, Skype, google meet and many more.
- It allows you to schedule a meeting in the calendar and automatically records the meeting at the scheduled date and time.
- Transcription of audio files can be performed, with the Audio file upload tool.
Cons
- It can be a slow process to transcribe long calls or conferences.
- I wish it had a translation option, as there are calls in other languages that I wish it could transcribe and translate.
- Its conversation finder is not very efficient, sometimes I have to search for the transcript, call by call, as I don't get it.
- Since we have this tool in-house, we can make calls and conferences with more confidence knowing that important details will not be missed, as well as calls with customers and their orders.
- We have been able to serve our customers more efficiently, as we do not miss any of their demands, increasing the productivity of the sales department.
