Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it for note-taking during coaching calls with my clients. The action plan feature is such a great shortcut for ensuring phone calls are effective. For my clients, the notetaking feature lets them have the shortcuts we discussed during the call, plus allows them to listen and participate in the phone call instead of missing out on notes. I chose Fireflies over other note-taking software due to customer service. I liked how quickly they responded to an email I sent during the selection process.

Cons

I would like easier integration into a CRM.

The cost is very affordable and getting ROI for it happens within the first meeting.
My clients appreciate the quick turn on having an action plan in place for them.
I like having a catalog of meetings I can reference to see the client improvements.

We use Fireflies.ai in our company for recording our sales meetings, mainly for the transcription and the analytics it provides after the call. It's been more than 12 months of using this tool and we find it very necessary part of our decision making. We prepare reports of the sales agents based on that and it help us improve our overall sales pitch. It integrates well with Google meet and the dashboard provides all information easily.

Cons

Tool doesn't recognizes all languages, eg - Hindi
Occasional delays in joining the meetings
If there is background noise or multiple people speaking at once, errors may arise.

Fireflies.ai has been a game changer for capturing meeting minutes, summarizing key ideas and action items from the many zoom calls I conduct daily.

Pros

Excellent job on summaries
Excellent job on action items
Excellent job on email updates when notes are complete

Cons

Would love to see the formatting of the summary when I download it look better. The headers are usually far too large and I end up reformatting each summary into my preferred format, layout font, etc. If there’s a way for me to preload, what my preferences are, that would be fantastic so I get a fully complete document without having to do much manipulation after the fact.
I have my settings, correct but Fireflies.ai doesn’t always attend every Zoom meeting or every teams meeting. It does about 90% of the time, but there is a 10% failure rate which causes us a huge problem for me.

Return on Investment

It’s been a huge time saver to have the confidence that notes are going to be captured so rather than me taking notation while I’m having a meaningful either strategic or detailed discussion and meeting. I no longer have to worry that I’ve captured it all on Peng paper or with my laptop notes I can be fully present with my strategic thinking hat on and not have to worry about the administrative portion of this.

We use it weekly and the meetings range from a few minutes to a few hours. It saves time, and there is the option to automate the sharing of meeting notes with a summary and action points with other attendees for timely follow-up.

In my organization, we use Fireflies.ai as a notetaker for our meetings. Since nobody liked to volunteer as a notetaker, especially during long meetings, when everybody can lose concentration and some don't pay attention at all. Fireflies helps do not miss important stuff and even sends follow-ups to all team members.
