Overall Satisfaction with Firework

I wanted software that would allow for quickly switching between my various work and personal accounts. I wanted something simple that wouldn't take too much time to get used to. I believe Firework is perfect for that. You just have to log in once and then everything you need will be in one place. I don't think it's very well known right now, but in my opinion, it's a pretty helpful tool to have. I use it individually, so I'm not sure if anybody else in the company uses it. I would definitely recommend it to my co-workers, though.
  • It's really easy to use; I don't know of any other software that's this easy and convenient
  • UI is very straightforward and simple
  • It speeds up work process, as you no longer need to waste time switching tabs in order to find some crucial information
  • Helps declutter your work PC
  • It usually launches way faster than a browser
  • It's a bit pricey if you have to pay for it from your own pocket
  • Spell-check doesn't work sometimes
  • You're way more productive when all of your tools are easily accessible
  • Health benefits! It prevents your mental state from deteriorating, it saves at least 10-15 minutes per day, and there's no need to be anxious while trying to remember the password from your work email again

Do you think Firework by Startpack delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Firework by Startpack's feature set?

Yes

Did Firework by Startpack live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Firework by Startpack go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Firework by Startpack again?

Yes

It's well suited for people that work with a lot of information and tend to have a lot of tabs open. Firework helps to reduce the amount of tabs, to navigate more quickly, and to keep everything organized. It's probably going to be useless for people who use just one particular type of software on a daily basis.
