FirstHive represents a pretty good opportunity at an educational and didactic level in our University to experiment with
building a database collecting information related to potential customers (in
our case, the students themselves) to define their typical profiles. The use of the free trial helps the teaching staff in our courses explain interactively what information is needed to collect to determine a customer

- The simple graphical interface makes the data collection work fast.
- FirstHive is customer-centered in its setting if compared to other similar software.
- The different models FirstHive offers give you the opportunity not to miss any fundamental information.
- It would be good to allow setting the weight of each information entered to enable the user to define more accurate profiles according to the user's needs.
- Sometimes, especially when we enter a lot of data, the software shows signs of slowness.
- At first, the software may not be easy to use (primarily if used at an educational level). It would be helpful to implement pop-ups to explain all its features to inexperienced users.
- It helps to increase the interaction among our students also working remotely.
- I appreciate the integration of the e-mails. It makes it easier to communicate and manage information within the same software.
- Despite some difficulties, the post-data entry result is excellent and helps define customer profiles and then marketing strategies (even if we use it in the context of simulations).
- The software allows you to have all customer information at your fingertips at the same time. This facilitates the work even in the case of simulations at the didactic level.

FirstHive is the first software of its kind that I use. It was recommended to me by a colleague who told me he is very happy with it, but he uses it for professional and non-educational purposes (as is my case). Indeed, even at an educational level, it is software that works. It would be helpful to create an educational version with fewer features and a more affordable price.
