Overall Satisfaction with Flipcause
Flipcause is the online platform I use to receive donations for my not-for-profit organization. I stayed with them for several years because they were cheap. However, they have upped their pricing significantly within the past year or so. The bigger problem with Flipcause is the delay between when funds are posted to the account and when they are deposited in the bank. Around 2 months has not been uncommon recently. Relatively high costs and slow service.

- There were no problems with receiving donations
Cons
- The biggest problem was the delay on receiving funds
- Complaints seemed to take plenty of time to be addressed
- I was able to receive donations online
