Overall Satisfaction with FloQast

We are currently using FloQast only in our accounting department but plan to extend usage into other departments. The FloQast application today is being used to complete reconciliations. The plan going forward is to use this application in a more involving way, creating month end checklists, variance analysis, audit support detail and documentation.

Pros

  • FloQast integrates seamlessly with Sage Intacct which is our ERP.
  • Ease of use is another great aspect of this application.
  • Possibilities of expending the scope of the application from not just a close management app but into a business partner/solution.

Cons

  • There aren't many things that need to be improved that I know of. Our scope is very limited at the moment. Once we expend the scope of use than we will be better equipped to answer this question.
  • Time management and cost savings. Being able to reduce the time of completion and review has been a great cost saver for our company.
The two applications were a great upgrade for us. We went with FloQast because of all of the positive remarks and lower cost. Nothing against BlackLine but FloQast was cheaper and that was in the best interest of our company. Another reason why we chose FloQast was due to the ease of use of this application.
Our experience with Customer Support has been great. We have not had any issues in communication nor in assistance from the customer service team. They have always been helpful in assisting us with either technical issues, set up of new users, simple questions regarding updates or complicated ones about integrations.

We have had a great experience so far with this application. As mentioned before one of the main points of sale is the great ease of use. The ability to pull information directly from our company's ERP without having to manually update the information. The seamless integration between Sage Intacct and FloQast has made our reconciliation process go very smoothly and we have seen faster turnarounds in completion as a result of it.
