Overall Satisfaction with FloQast
We use FloQast for monthly reconciliations and keeping track of close items via the checklist. We use the metrics provided via the dashboard and analytics tabs to track certain key performance indicators related to our monthly goals including shortening our close by two days, which was implemented by taking all our close tasks laid out in FloQast and reviewing the current dates and transitioning them into new dates using the bulk upload.

- the bulk upload feature for adding new accounts has given me issues with uploading
- making the errors for bulk upload easier to identify

I do not have that much experience with these automation tools as of now but we are working to implement more into our close timeline especially with AI and variance analysis, it seems that once it is up and running it will be a huge time saver for specific tasks
I have not been working at the current company I am at long enough to see the effects of audit-readiness. I am sure by the end of the year I will have more experience with this. I do like the feature where you can give auditors access to only certain things, that seems helpful
