Overall Satisfaction with Folderly

Folderly fixed my spam issues! After setup, spam testing is automated, and the result shows on the dashboard. Their human support was outstanding! It's being used across the company.

Pros

  • Check for spam by automatically sending emails and responses.
  • Displays a send score.
  • Provides continuous check and stats.

Cons

  • The initial setup may be a bit complex for a first-time, not technical user. That being said, Folderly support mitigates that until onboarding gets completed.
  • Ability to add several domains.
  • Ability to add multiple emails.
  • Fix spam
  • The time spent on writing emails and following up on silent recipients is considerable. Saving that time is a significant improvement on productivity.
In our digital reality, automation and speed are key. A tool that resolves things quickly and human support that backs it up are significant advantages!
