Overall Satisfaction with Fourth Analytics
Used mainly for HR management such as timekeeping issues, absences, documentation. Rota management - formulating hours & payroll.
Pros
- Break down of hours in department costs.
- Allowing access to contracts & other HR bits.
- Access to payslips to go through issues with the staff.
Cons
- Breakdown of costs in each Rota - SMP affects it.
- The integration with recruitment websites still requires data to be put in manually.
- Integration of importing Excel on the rota.
- Great for the reduction of labour with the use of the V3 REPORTS & PAYROLL REPORTS.
- Time consuming on inputting of the rota the drop down & alteration of shifts takes time inputting into the system - should be an import-export excel factor.
- Staff turnover report would be more useful if it could be split into leavers and joiners independently.
- Viewing the current weeks rota allows you to monitor wage % against budget/forecast and actual.
Not used any others as none like it in the UK.
