Overall Satisfaction with Fourth Analytics

We use it for monthly reporting capabilities in order for us to track sickness absence, and agency usage hours mostly. It helps us to see where our locations have particularly high absence and agency usage and address the causes for this, in order to be proactive. It is mainly used for HR and recruitment.
  • Collating large amounts of data
  • Making in-depth analytical data more easily readable and understood
  • It can be a bit clunky to use at times
  • Some of the reports take a very long time to generate
  • More custom reporting functionality
  • It has helped us reduce our sickness absence
  • It has helped us reduce our agency reliance and money spent on them
  • It has saved us large sums of money by being more proactive

It is most well-suited when analysing absence and looking for trends in order to be proactive as a business and address the various reasons causing this. It is less appropriate for maybe more financial based tasks, unless directly related to HR functions and processes within an organisation.
