DIFFA Chicago uses GiveSmart for our fundraising events to reach our audience during the pandemic and also as a supplemental and experiential platform through the years at live/in-person events.
Pros
- Provide our organization with a robust user platform for auctions, voting and general fundraising.
- The team at GiveSmart has been there for us with answering questions, tech support and exploring new technology and interfaces.
- We receive good follow up after our events.
Cons
- As a digital communicator it would be nice to see the interface "look" even more professional.
- I imagine that you are working on this, but it would be great to see more flexibility in the user functions which would accommodate our needs and work process during events.
- Given the dynamic and easy interface, GiveSmart has made it easier for our audience to give and support us.
- GiveSmart has given us an all-in-one platform to help streamline our events and fundraising.
