Support is generally pretty quick and efficient via the chat function. Unfortunately, most of the instances where I've reached out to support, the answer is that the functionality I'm asking for doesn't exist. The support techs always try to find a workaround, but there isn't always one to be had.

Overall, the support team has been very helpful and responsive. Especially in the earlier days of adoption, our team had a lot of questions, and GiveSmart's customer support team was always attentive and solutions-based. When we first got set up, there were some difficulties with the data import process and integration with our main CRM, but they were able to help create solutions for the most part.

I've had problems a few times—even when I explain a problem in detail with screenshots, they don't understand. Once, I got bad information, which ended up making things worse. But it's been good more often than not.

Customer support is probably the best feature of GiveSmart. We had a large fundraising event last month and I was working on the weekend before it and had some issues. Support was available during the day on the weekend and were able to help with the issues I was experiencing. They were fast to respond.

We contacted support for clarification on distributions and reporting, and we continued to get escalated. However, we never had our questions answered or resolved, which was a bummer. Other members have contacted support for other reasons and received the help they needed.

I have reach out to GiveSmart for support, and I have found their responses to be very timely and very helpful. Overall, they have solved the issues I have been experiencing. I did a 9 as the rating because there was one occasion on which I reached out to support and found my experience lacking. I was conversing with them for over 30 minutes and I ended up solving my problem because they were not listening, but that was the only experience I had like that.

When I did have to reach out for support it was not always easy to get ahold of anyone to help. There were also times when I did get help where I struggled to understand and be understood. Not a language barrier, but more of a not understanding what my problem was. I am not sure if it was a problem on my end or on theirs, maybe both, lol.

The customer support and success team is fantastic! Even through a merger, they have done an excellent job of continuing to care for clients to make sure we have everything we need. Our customer success manager Carissa is fantastic and has done an incredible job helping us through the complexities of our account.

I have had a pleasant experience with the support staff. I had some cover photos for event pages that would not upload for whatever reason, and they were able to figure it out on their end for me. I've also had them help with changing volunteer access. The only time the support was unhelpful was when it came to the credit card swipers. There was just not much they could tell us and my hunch is that it was a wifi problem, which is not GiveSmart's fault.

The support is excellent once you get in touch with someone. It's not as easy or as fast to get in touch with a person as I would like it to be, especially in an emergency. That being said, we never waited days; someone from support was usually in touch with us within a few hours. However, once you are in contact with a support representative, they are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

As mentioned before I feel like I am referred to different people/places a lot. I would like to be able to get answers in one place. The Events Chat feature I have had mixed results with. Sometimes the chat is not picked up and then I get an email with a resolution, and other times it is picked up and not resolved. As I am doing more within the system, there seem to be little glitchy things - and honestly my best support has been GOAT Events - who we contract with for GiveSmart support the day of an event.

A true one stop shop.

When we were sold the program, we were told that we would have 24/7 customer support. The first time I tried to contact support outside of business hours, I didn't reach anyone and they never returned my messages. When we set up a time to talk to customer support on a broader range of issues, they were responsive.
