Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

We use this product for mobile donations (through MobileCause) and our online auctions.

  • reporting
  • auction set up and post auction reporting
  • better training
  • videos that move through the process from beginning to completion
  • great network reach
  • love the text to give option
  • love the text message send - wish it was faster for immediate send
we have used your auction platform before and it is easy to set up and run
Good for our current needs.
Can be difficult to get help - it would be great to have a call center or online in app help.
We have a nice design for our brand and it is fairly easy to work with the GiveSmart platform.

Great for campaigns, but a little clunky to set up and administer.

Better training would be so helpful.
