Overall Satisfaction with Glassbox
Glassbox has helped our organization immensely in setting-up and streamlining the analytics need at different parts of the revenue and conversion funnel. While we have 3 different tools to solve this need, it is most efficiently used by Glassbox. In the transactions business, conversion is the most crucial funnel and having explicit views and observations at different part of the user journey is something we get fulfilled through Glassbox
