Overall Satisfaction with Glean

I am an account executive and I use Glean to find information regarding contract workflows, product information, and asking questions to the Glean Chat and Search.

Pros

  • Search for documents

Cons

  • The AI Chat can definitely improve. I will ask it questions about our sales process and it should be referencing documents that I know are in our company Glean, but it will give me the wrong answer.
  • Positive ROI: Employees spending less time looking for answers to their questions because it is stored in Glean.
I give it a 5 because of the chat not giving accurate answers and also sometimes I will search for documents that I know used to be in Guru before we had it but now it is no longer in Glean.
We used to not like Guru that much because it just stored our company documents but now I miss it a little because I feel like I can't find things anymore.

I think Glean is great for storing company wide resources and searching for them, but I think the chat AI feature needs to improve greatly.
